1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website, product, or service provided by Lucid Tech Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Lucid Tech Labs provides artificial intelligence products and services powered by our proprietary Adaptive Compound Intelligence (ACI) technology. Our products include, but are not limited to: Aetherios (enterprise operations), AcuSightPro (government procurement), Phylaxone (security), and GrowthPilot (marketing automation).

3. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property associated with our services — including the ACI architecture, CognitiveShield framework, and related methodologies — are the exclusive property of Lucid Tech Labs LLC. Our technology is protected by U.S. Patent Pending #63/987,765 and applicable copyright and trade secret laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our technology.

4. User Accounts

Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Use our services to infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary technology

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our ACI technology operates under a three-tier data framework designed to protect your information while enabling compound intelligence. Sacred data (Tier 1) is never shared or aggregated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucid Tech Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
